Here you will find a place to share experiences, one-on-one coaching and postpartum services, workshops, and meetups all with supporting you and drawing upon your wisdom and experience in support of other Mamas in mind.
In many cultures and societies, it is the norm for women to pool together resources and energy to cooperatively raise children. It’s not uncommon for other mothers, aunties and uncles, grandmas, adolescent children, and non-related close friends to flow in and out of daily life to help the mother prepare food, hold a newborn, play with older children, and provide companionship. In short, they share the load of caring for young in a way that is natural, meaningful, and generous. This allows women to make the transition into motherhood or integrate a new family member with less anxiety and allows the baby to feel the love and care of other people.
In Western culture, we have become increasingly isolated. Enormous pressure is put on Mothers and Fathers to take on the burden of caring for a needy infant around the clock while also maintaining all of the other duties that are required in order to provide shelter, protection, nutrition, and stimulation for ourselves and our children. We are often told that the single most important attachment is between the infant and the mother, with little regard for the enormous hardship placed on the mother when she is not offered meaningful support nor of the significant role in the lives of children of other loving caregivers.
Every woman deserves to feel well supported as she makes her way through the transition into Motherhood. In this 4-6 week workshop series, you will connect with other Mamas + Babes and Mamas-to-Be in learning and thoughtful discussion about nourishing ourselves into wellness through the postpartum period.

Life after birth can be a transition and can be overwhelming. The Doula service is considered your “well mama checkup.” It’s a time where you receive extra support in your home and don’t have to ask - it’s a time to simply BE. Doula services are 1.5 hours of in-home support and can be purchased on an as-needed basis or with a recurring schedule.
I really believe that we deserve more. That our children deserve Mamas who are thriving, not just surviving. I believe that the best way to invest in our kids is to wholly invest in ourselves. Coaching provides the safe space to open up and grow in motherhood.
